Board of Directors is a self-determining body whose mandate is to ensure Ebenezer University Lira sticks to the attainment of the vision and mission of the University. The Board provides support to Ebenezer University Lira in networking and fundraising; Appoint the Chancellor, Chairperson/Vice Chairperson Council, Vice Chancellor and Deputy Vice Chancellors in consultation with the Council; They further exercise guardianship over and ensure the effective management, control and use of the University’s assets and resources.

Ebenezer University Lira has the University Council composed of high ranking men and women of high moral integrity. The EUL Council is the supreme policy- making organ of the University. The Vice Chancellor EUL is its Secretary.

The Senate is charged with providing direction to the academic life in the University. The Senate is responsible for regulating and directing the academic work of the University in teaching, research and the academic aspects of enterprise, and for promoting the student experience, subject to the University’s Statutes and Ordinances

EUL Management is charged with implementation of Policies from the University Council, National Council for Higher Education, Ministry of Education and Sports and indeed Government of Uganda. Management is led by the Vice Chancellor who works with other officials including; Deputy Vice Chancellor(s), Academic Registrar, Deans of Schools, to mention but a few.
